$120,000-$150,000 (open to Manager or Director level candidates)

Our client a top LA Based Fashion Apparel Brand is looking for an experienced and results-driven Retention Marketing Manager to oversee Email and SMS and drive customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-centric, very collaborative and will partner closely with the Director of Content.
Retention Marketing Manager
• In close partnership with the marketing team, oversee email and SMS channel performance: strategy, execution, reporting, analysis and optimization to increase revenue and engagement
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive key retention metrics including LTV, NPS, customer activation cycle, cohort performance, and email/SMS channel growth
• Define and execute segmentation and personalization strategy for email/SMS
• Manage email/SMS roadmap with strategies to grow KPIs including list size, click rate, conversion rate, unsub rate, and revenue
• Provide channel forecasting and reporting
• Design testing strategies to continually optimize and improve existing communications and automated workflows (copy, timing, email design, triggers, etc.)
• Monitor and optimize deliverability and ensure CAN-SPAM compliance to maintain high deliverability, data hygiene, and channel health
• Manage Email and SMS vendor relationships
• Keep a pulse on best practices, trends, and benchmarks
• Collaborate with E-Commerce, Marketing, and Creative teams
• Other Projects and Duties as assigned
Requirements
• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years retention marketing experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify opportunities in data
• Proficient in Excel to support email analysis and reporting
• Extremely detailed oriented with excellent project and time management abilities
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player and collaborator
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
