Our client, a well-know PR agency, is currently seeking a candidate to fill a Sr. Account Executive, Generalist role with experience with Consumer Packaged Goods, Spirits, Hospitality, Travel and/or F&B industries. Our ideal candidate would have strong media relationships, experience in a managerial role, excellent writing and communication skills, and extensive knowledge of the media landscape. This is a position for those with 4-6 years experience planning, arranging and executing all PR and communication activities.
Responsibilities Include:
Serves as an account lead for several accounts
Collaborating with the account supervisor on client strategies and year plans
Timely completion of press releases, media alerts, media plans, proposals and client communication
Plan, develop and execute account pitch calendars
Plan, develop, and advise clients on integrated and measurable PR initiatives
Plan and actualize PR Events, client activations and initiatives
Manage and supervises junior staff across accounts
Reports into supervisors regarding client briefs and team progress
What You Bring:
4-6 years PR experience and excellent (written and verbal) communications skills
Knowledge of Cision and Fashion GPS
Proactive and productive attitude
Strong supervisory and leadership experience
Extensive relationships across all top-tier media platforms
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred.
