The Role:
We are looking for a Sr. Director of Growth to lead acquisition for the fastest growing, most dynamic channel of the business. This position will be directly responsible for driving new customer growth, overseeing the acquisition budget and managing strategic implementations with our paid media agency to ensure growth targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a relentless attitude in optimizing ad strategy to maximize growth, while being able to collaborate with our internal creative team and external media agency.

Responsibilities:
- Own KPIs of acquisition channels and collaborate with the company’s paid media agency and internal influencer, podcast, and partnerships teams to attain acquisition goals.
- Plan & develop comprehensive paid media strategies to drive new user acquisition while attaining CAC targets.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV) to assess campaign effectiveness and overall business impact.
- Coordinate with channel leads on promotions, new product releases, and other marketing campaigns.
- Own creative testing roadmap - inclusive of image, copy, audiences, and landing pages - while reporting on and providing data-driven feedback to creative teams.
- Track and report on campaign performance and share insights for campaign optimizations.
- Expand on acquisition offers using best practices to acquire customers at an efficient CAC.
- Maintain the highest level of knowledge on all digital advertising platforms.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience across a range of digital marketing channels, including display advertising and conversion rate optimization. App install campaigns, paid search, paid social, and affiliate are a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully driving customer acquisition through paid marketing channels while achieving KPI targets.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and with analytics tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, or other relevant platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and a results-oriented approach to optimization.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to synthesize complex information to articulately inform and persuade throughout the organization. Apply for this job
