About the Resourcer role
24 Seven is seeking an ambitious and driven Resourcer to be an integral part of our London team. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do as a Resourcer
Create and write job adverts and advertise them on social media, job boards and our own website
Use Job boards CV search to source candidates for the recruitment team and update them accurately to our database
Communicate with candidates by telephone to help match them to current opportunities and find out their suitability for roles.
Format candidates CVs and check for errors to ensure we are presenting candidates in the best way possible.
Ensure we have all candidates correct documentation, so they are fully compliant and ready to work.
